The U14 I Feel Slovenia Ball for Girls 2025 tournament is underway, bringing together some of the brightest young basketball talent from across Europe. This year's competition features eight national teams, all eager to make their mark on the international stage.

Here are some fun facts about the four countries competing in Group A:

AUSTRIA

Austria is the country of origin of the snow globe, a charming invention that has captured imaginations for over a century. The Austrian team will be looking to bring that same magic to the court, shaking up the competition with unpredictable moves and a performance that sparkles with every play.

POLAND

Poland is home to the majestic European bison, the heaviest land animal in Europe and a symbol of strength and power. The Polish team will be looking to embody this spirit, playing with a powerful presence on the court and a resilience that is as mighty as the bison itself.

ROMANIA

Romania has Europe's largest population of brown bears, a symbol of raw power and natural strength. The Romanian team will be hoping to embody this powerful presence on the court, playing with a fierce and wild energy that is as untamed as the bears themselves.

SLOVENIA

The home country, Slovenia, is the only country in the world with the word "love" in its name. The team will be playing with a deep passion for the game, showcasing a fierce love for the sport and their country while trying to win the tournament.
